 My name is Jason Rogers. I am a Broker here in Champaign IL and I have been completing assignments for this company for the past 19 months. My company has yet to receive ANY payment for work completed that dates back to 9/10/2013. Currently, you owe me $1065.00 for work completed. There are reports totaling $750.00 that are at least 7 month 14 days in arrears or more. Im demanding immediate payment of $750.00, as you have had adequate time to collect from your client for this work. Ive done some research, and your company does have a track record of failing to pay Brokers for work performed. Im giving you an opportunity to rectify this situation with me and my company before I have to turn to legal action. Rest assured, I will utilize the pre-paid legal services offered by my company to ensure full payment. Also be aware that Im not going to wait for you to offer me a payment plan before taking action. Im filing a complaint with the BBB in your state, am posting a complaint on RipoffReport.com, and am considering adding my name to an apparently growing number of complainants with the Colorado Attorney General. My discovery that you have been using my hard work and services for over a year and a half without paying be anything is a huge breach of trust.
