BrokerPriceOpinion.com, a First Valuation Company email licensed Realtors an engagement letter to provide Broker Price Opinion for a fee. Once the BPO is complete, they do not pay for completed service. There are hundreds on realtors who have ben scammed by this company. Businesses that are involved in real estate transactions with this company need to be aware of their predatory nature and their fraudulent obtaining of the valuation reports. I have completed multiple valuation reports for BrokerPriceOpinion.com and did not get paid. I have contacted accounting and billing departments in the company and was told that they" are running behind in scheduled payments" and no other explanation or date of expected payment. Realtors need to be aware that this is a scam and be warned not to deal with this company. The BBB rating of this company needs to be downgraded to F and clients need to find a more reputable company to work with.

I too have been a victim of BrokerPriceOpinion.com/First Valuation. I didn’t appreciate completing the BPO assignments on time with no quality control issues and then not getting paid. How frustrating!
Fortunately, I have teamed up with REOPro Default Professionals and a debt collector to help those of us agents who have been burned by these fraudsters.
If you can provide me a spreadsheet of the orders you have completed and how much you are owed along with some type of proof that you were assigned the order. I can help you recover money owed to you.
