This company does not pay unless they have to have a report done and noone else will do it and they may pay you part of what they owe you in order to get you to do more work worth more than what they owe you.  They paid me $300, and got another $600 worth of work done with promise to pay in 30 days.  Its been 90 days and whenever I threaten them they call and say a check will be in mail in a week.  A month later, no check and they don't even respond to emails and have no way for you to contact their accounting dept.  When their accounting dept called me to discuss payment they said they were 6 months backed up on payments and that they would pay as they could pay, that they had a lot of people they owed, yeah....they owe alot of us realtors for sure but don't ever expect to get paid unless legal action is taken and then they would probably close their doors...where is all their money that they get for bpos going or who's pocket is it going in since it is not going into the realtors hands? They still call me and I tell them I will not do any more work for them till I get paid and they ask, do you have someone you can recommend and I tell them no, anyone who asks will be todl they do not pay cause they don't, why would I refer anyone to them so they can use up another unsuspecting poor realtor.  Our gas, our money, our time, our mls fees, insurance, car wear and tear on our tires, where will it end? I wish a LAWYER would file a class action suit against them and the BBB and Attorney Generals office would shut them down.
