Good try, dude! But you, as an employee of the 'big bad wolf', have just made the mistake of trying to put the "you used to be an employee" tag on me. It's just not going to work. First Horizon never had offices in Germany, as far as I know. So I could never have been one of you crooks, not even if I had wanted to.

So you looked into our loan details, right?

So you saw that our mortgage loan was originated on April 30th, 2003, right? (Incidentally, it was a Wednesday ... Oops! wrong calendar, I guess!) Then why do you insist that the loan was funded 5/02/06 ???? Three years later?? Is that even possible?

Gees, now I get it how your company's accounting runs. It's no wonder they screwed up my first payment date, by telling me to pay on July 1st, after informing me that they couldn't take my real first payment of June 1st. If your rebuttal is a demonstration of the kind of accuracy you guys practice ...

So who's guilty of financial mismanagement, now? If you get a chance to check the other loan documents (loan # 0042242214), you will also see that I arrived in the US on March 17th, 2003, with an initial credit score of 850. In just three years of First Horizon's wonderful accounting feats, that score ended up at just above 500.

Please tell Jerry Baker (former CEO) and Edward Hyne (former? Legal VP) that they can be proud of each other. They have managed to destroy yet another alien's (i.e. non-US citizen) creditability in the US. I just feel pity for the two of them, because they now have to live in the economic mess they contributed to, whereas I can at least go back to my home country ... I hope they will think about and regret what they did, while they wait in line for their food stamps, or to collect their unemployment money. Hopefully, they get denied health coverage, too ...
