First Premeir Bank Bad Credit Company Sioux Falls, South Dakota

My fiance and I currently have Master Card credit cards from First Premeir Bank aka Premeir Credit Services. We just paid off our bills in full.

My fiance paid via eletronic withdrawl for a whopping $12.95 service charge and I paid via check. Both payments have cleared, but we will not be able to use our cards until the 13th of October and 19th respectively.

I was told that it takes 15 days for my credit card payment to clear my bank. I caled my home town bank of First Financial Bank of Terre Haute.

How can it be that it takes fifteen days to clear the Federal Reserve Bank to when I do not bank with the Federal Reserve? Also since when is my bank check got to clear the Federal Reserve?

I have bad credit and trying to get my credit rebuilt but this does not help.
