First Premeir Bank, Rip-off, BEWARE of release date of account availability Sioux Falls Iowa

I was told that my account would be avaialable on the 19th of October and was later informed that it would be midnight of the 19th which is technically the 20th. I do not know if these people blantanly lie or cannot tell time and dates. Thsat is like me having a term papper due the 20th of October and telling my Prof. that it will be turned in at mid-night. How ridiculous is that? If you say the 19th you better mean the 19th.

What also kills me is that they can charge fees to your card, but you cannot use the card.

I have also reported this matter to the better business bureau and plan on calling the S.D. Department of Commererce and Regulation as soon as they open in Sioux Falls, IA
