Fiverr Scamming Sellers Internet

I have been a seller on Fiverr for over a year. They were great at first, no complaints. But after a couple months, I had come down with an awful cold and I had to cancel a few of my gigs. When I canceled, it showed negatively on my account as simply, "canceled - seller failed to deliver on time!" which was incorrect! 

I let it slide, though, because I knew I could bring my rating back up, and I did. 

However, as it happened, I had to cancel a few more gigs because of getting sick again. Again, my rating went down. 

Fiverr does not care about the people behind the gigs, they simply want their 20% (which is an exuberant amount of commission). They have jerked me around quite a bit. They make us wait 14 days until we can get our money, which is also outrageous. 

Fiverr simply closed down my gig, without consulting me, without asking how we can resolve anything, without contacting me ONCE about there being any problem. They just closed it down because of a few cancellations in the past. That is bad business all around. And now my clients have been saying I'm a drama queen because of Fiverr closing down my account and my not wanting anything to do with them anymore.

Fiverr has cost me more than it has given me. I am quite disappointed in something that could be so great. 

Please be cautious when buying or selling anything on Fiverr.
