Fiverr.com Failed to Deliver Services Offered - Less than Full Refund Internet

Fiverr.com is a graphic design contractor marketplace that offers services online.  I purchased a $30 service and Fiverr charged my credit card, along with a $2 Fiverr service fee.  No problem as Fiverr makes it quite clear that a service charge will be placed on your order.  The condition of the order was that my proejct will be completed in 3 business days.  By the 4th business day, Fiverr emailed me and acknowledged that I could cancel my order since it was not completed as per agreement.  I waited another 2 days and then cancelled as the Fiverr service contractor never replied to 3 of my emails for status updates.

Fiverr then credited my Fiverr account for $30.  I made 3 attempts in emails to Fiverr customer service to simply credit my credit card back the $32 withdrawn - but Fiverr refuses to credit back.  They will only issue a $30 creidt for future design work on Fiverr.com

This leaves me with no other alternative than to dispute my credit card charge with my bank.  More paperwork, more time wasted to simply have a service provider do the honorable thing by returning full payment when they DO NOT provide contracted service.  Hell, I recevied absolutely NO SERVICE.
