Fiverr.com do not let me withdraw my money even after 90 days of account disable Internet

There was $120 on my Fiverr account when the time fiverr guys disabled my account. I asked them at the time how can I withdraw my money. Just like they asked, I waited 90 days. When I asked them again yesterday(19-06-2018), they said that there was no funds to withdraw. I think this kind of things happened to many fiverr sellers. I'm 100% sure that there was $120 and I have emails that confirm I delivered orders and got paid. And there are reports about my withdrawals in payoneer. I can prove that amount that I earned from fiverr, still in their system, and they intentionally refuse to pay.
