FLIPSWAP.COM company promise to remit check for 3 perfect phones then switch their story to say the phones were damaged ,hinges. now i'm out of a check and phones. TORRANCE California

I sent to Flipswap 3 cell phones in mint condition. I followed their instructions on wrapping the phones in bubble wrap i used shipping tape(clear) to secure the bubble wrap around the phones. Items were shipped out 7/24/08. I never rec'd an email stating any problems with the phones.

I call 8/22/08 to find out the status of my check. I was told the check was mailed out on 8/15/08. I called back 8/25/08 spoke to Chris to find out what happen to my check. I was told by Chris that according to the inspection report the phones were damage (hinges off of the phone). I find that hard to believe that they received the phones damage. Then he lied and said he contacted me by email on 7/30/08 regarding the damage phone I never rec'd any email from then. if I had recevied the email on 7/30/08 I would not have been calling in August for a check.
