Flipswap.com rippped us off on the blakberry tradeup program. Torrance California

We got two new Blackberry Curve phones from the AT&T store. We were told by the sales lady at the AT&T store that we could trade our phones in to flipwap under their Graduation promotion. She said to paper clip the proof of purchase off the box to the rebate form. We sent the forms in the day we bought the phones with the proofs of purchase attached as we were told.

We got a confirmation email from flipswap that they had recieved our phones and that we should expect our $55.75 checks within six weeks. When we got our checks in they were only for $5.75. I contacted flipswap as to why we only got a small portion of what was promised to us. We got a very canned response from a Joelle G. They say that they didn't recieve our proof of purchase. In fact, their website still states that we were to recieve $55.75.

I still have every email they sent to me and to my husband and the responses I sent to them.
