FloRd Agency RIP-OFF OF MINOR for magazine subscription Delray Beach Florida

The company came to our home, my son was trying to leave, (we were not home) the rep continued harrassing my under age son pressuring him until he gave rep $15 for a magazine subscription with the understanding he could get his money back if we his parents didn't want subscription. This was June 29, 2009. I called the number that was on the receipt and it was an automated voice stating any request needed to be in a written statement. I sent a written request for refund July 2, 2009. I Received a card in the mail July 17th stating "The Federal Cancellation Law applied only to sale that are $25.00 or more AND postmarked within 72 hours of the date of sale". Conveniently the total of this sale was $24.95. No where on the receipt did it state this. How are they allowed to sale to an minor anything that is binding?
