FloRd Agency - Independent Contractors Service Independent Contractor's Service Did not send my magazines but cashed my checks for 35.00 dollars and 29.95 Delray Beach, Florida

On 10-21-2009 2 young men came to my door trying to sell magazines and stating if they sold so many magazines they would get a large cash bonus.I ordered 2 different magazines from them. I had to give 2 seperate checks so they could get the credit. One check was for 15.00 dollars and the other check was for 20.00 dollars. I was told to send the remainder of 29.95 to FloRd agency, which i did on 10-27-2009. As of yet I have not received my magazines yet the checks were cashed. I called information in Delray Beach ,Florida to see if there was a phone number for FloRd Agency and there is no such listing. The first check I wrote out for the guys was made out to Independent Contractor's Service. When I found out that there was no phone listing for FloRd Agency I decided to look on the internet and this is when I found out other people have been ripped off by this same company. This company needs to be stopped somehow as it's not right making people believe you are a legit business when you are not. They even give you a pink slip as your receipt to show they are real.
