Folger Kia Inflating charging more for the car then what the sticker price is. No additional upgrades. Charlotte North Carolina

My wife and i bought a van from folger kia in may 2006. new car 32 miles. in august we had a transmission problems. we called folger kia and asked for a rental. they told us no! our van only had 32 miles when we purchased it, we thought they would give us a rental but we thought wrong. thinking we had a rental on our contract, we went back scimmed over our purchase agreement and realized they had charged us $25,662 when the manufacturer's price (window sticker) is $23,665. We had kept the window sticker. We had another purchase agreement,the selling price on that is $24,628 and the title application has an amount of $23,162. How many times is Folger Kia inflating the price?

after going back and forth with kia and the finance company we found out the sales manager sent Chase Auto finance a doc. up contract. the purchase agreement that was sent to chase was never signed by the dealer. Their purchase agreement clearly states" this purchase agreement and invoice is valid only when signed by both the purchaser and by an authorized dealership representative".this contract was not to be sent to the finance company. But because the finance manager realized he screwed up he signed this contract and sent it to chase auto finance. we were told by chase we had to pursue Kia. I emailed the owner Ward Williams requesting to have a meeting with him and his finance managers. I was told by Ward his finance managers were able to resolve my issues.

Now Ward and I have been going back and forth with emails. I asked Ward how could I trust his managers when they were the one's who purposly overcharged me for my van? And they were the one's who told me they could charge what ever they want.I also mentioned to him his finance manager(Willha Richardson)called me while i was emailing him (ward) telling me he was ready for me and bring it on. How am I to deal with them. Ward never answered.
