We bought two vehicles from Folger Kia on Saturday 2/24/07. After being at the dealership from 1:45 pm to 7:45 pm, we filled out all the paperwork and everything was a done deal (as far as we knew). We've had the vehicles for over a week and the dealership calls us today and tells us that they need $500 more on one vehicle and $2500 more on the other or we need to turn our vehicles in.
What have they been doing for over a week? Had they called us back last Monday (2/26) we would have maybe understood.
Folger Kia will never get another dollar from me, my parents (who have bought vehicles from them in the past) or anybody else I can tell not to buy from them. I am writing this so I can reach as many people as I can with this. I do not want anybody else to have their time wasted or to get ripped off like I did.

Sounds like you need to contact KIA MOTORS and file a complaint with them. You will probably be told it's between you and the dealer. File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau concerning both KIA and the dealer and see if they can help. Request a hearing if necessary. If nothing else, KIA and the dealer will get some exposure they would probably rather not have. I have done this in the past with limited success.
