If you want to be robbed, bring your vehicle to the thieves at Ford of Champaign. We purchased our new vehicle there and had every oil change (and other recommended maintenance) conducted at their dealership. Despite our loyalty to Ford, they treated us horribly when there was an ABS module failure at 22,000 miles (only 5 months out of warranty). The service manager was evasive, rude, and condescending, and the service department in general was greedy. They lied, stating that there was no General Manager with whom we could speak (but we talked to him later) and tried to charge us over $400 when we attempted to pick up our vehicle to bring it to another dealer for the repair. WE WILL NEVER RETURN TO FORD OF CHAMPAIGN. You shouldn't either, unless you want to be ripped off!
ps. this was no surprise to a nearby dealership who told us that the Ford of Champaign service department is their best advertising
