Fox Management Property Owners and Tenants Beware! ripoff Portland Oregon

1. Fox Management is the only one who will "make money' on your real estate property for rent.

2. The Dictionary definition of "fox" is to: Deceive, Trick, Hoodwink, Bamboozle, Outwit, Fool, Con, Confuse, Baffle, Muddle, Puzzle, Perplex, Flummox, or Stump another individual.

3. Fox Management certainly fits their true description. Property Owners seem to taken for more money than Tenants.

4. Property Owners will be charged in excess, for situations that Fox has "set up", usually against a tenant or vendor who was hired to work on the property etc. Fees, handling costs, charges will come out of no-where, when tenant's sue you for damages caused by Fox, you will end up paying all the court costs in the end. Fox won't be there for you, and will even blame you for the problems they created.

5. Tenants watch out, if you are Black, Latin, Foreign, kiss off getting a rental agreement here, what you will get is them taking your money for a screening, which by the way is done by a company called Back Ground Investigations at 503-639-6000 in Portland Oregon area.

6. If you are an existing tenants, and the Fox takes over you rental unit, they will attempt to run an illegal credit check on you! They will follow you, and snoop around your rental unit, then they will start making recommendations to your landlord.

7. Before you know it, your rent will go up, and problems will start with them.


8. They will ask your neighbors if you have a cat or dog, how many kids you have, etc.

9. They are always looking to evict the tenants, because that is the only way that they can make money, but costing the property owner a constant turnover in tenants.

10. Stay away, screen a management company that you want to hire to handle your properties, and never give complete control over to them.

11. Fox does not disclose that they are also another company called Fire & Ice, Systems, and this end of the Fox business causes an entire other set of problems for property owners, like un licensed workers, fixing things on your real estate investment.
