1. If you are a landlord, property owner don't hire these guys to manage you assets.

2 If you are a tenant looking to rent, stay away from anything listed with Fox Management, and if your situation hires them after you move in, move out.

3. Cover yourself legally at all times if you are stuck with Fox Management.

4. Take pictures of you unit in DETAIL.

5. Create a "while we have been a tenant" book, showing all repairs, cleanups, etc.

6. Put everything in WRITING, repair requests, problems, don't rely on the telephone. AND for everything that they do to you, or you need done, make a copy to the OWNER OF THE PROPERTY.

FACTS ABOUT FOX:

1. They like to gain control of real estate, rental property owned by elderly people.
2. Then they wheel and deal the cost of everything up by companies that Robert Rossi "also" owns:
3. Plumbing company, garden landscape company, fire and water damage company, on and on. we are still searching for "other companies" he uses. no doubt a cleaning company, carpet shampooing company etc.

4. Elderly owners, or any owners, get taken for high costs, un-needed and then low un-professional work done.

5. Fox Management puts pressure on the landlords to "raise their rents" and start charging for "extras". And with each transaction, Fox Management gains more revenue in "FEES" and "Billing Costs".

6. If you are a tenant, they will try to "size you up" for how much they can sqeeze you for. If they take over your rental house, apt, duplex etc. they will try to snoop around. And even try to illegally "re" write contracts on tenants, as if you are "re-applying" to rent the housing situation you are currently in.

8. The owner for lack of another word looks like Red Buttons the actor, can't remember his lies to tenants and owners. Plays both sides of the street, causing problems between the landlords and tenants--regardless of the relationship they had "before" Fox Management came along. At five foot 2 inches tall, Robert Rossi is nothing but a con-artists. He thinks he is a player. Watch out ladies, under 35ish!!!
