Frank Rumbauskas FJR Advisors never received Dallas Texas

To be honest, I am not willing to state that I was ripped off quite yet but I am so disappointed and unable to get a resolution. I was very excited to order this program as I was just starting a new sales job. My order arrived in a timely manner in November but my post office made a mistake and put someone else's name on my box so they returned the package.

When I contacted the email cust support & told them of the post office error, James stated that I would have to re-order-which I did.

This has been going on since mid November. Customer support (always James) usually replies in about 5 days with vague responses that do not answer my question. He told me that my second package was sent on December 18 but was unable to provide tracking details. In another email he stated my order was canceled and not sent. When I asked to verify if both orders were canceled? I said I thought second one was sent 12/18? He has not responded as of today-day 9 since my last message.

I am very disappointed at the way this customer service was handled. I really wanted this program. I know it is not necessarily Frank's fault but I was so fired up to do this program and spread the word to my new team about this new system of building our business but now I am reluctant, drained, disappointed and just upset.

Trying to resolve this for 2 months is ridiculous. I still believe this system is beneficial (I have already read the PDF book 3 times while waiting). I am sure the entire system is even better. Trusting the system is received with no issues, I am sure things with Frank are great but I am at a loss what else to do. Just hoping I am not charged the full amount on January 18 when this invisible package is not returned.
