Let me first start by stating that how do the people at Freedom Fidelity Sleep at night? I have given them almost $5,000.00 of our money and cancelled the contract due to not representing us. We are in the process of having our wages garnished, and being sued by the other creditors. When we contacted the law firm who has a garnishment in process, they stated that they never recieved any information from Freedom Fidelity Managment and also stated that they would not work with them to negotiate. So we decided to call all the other creditors and they also stated the same that they would not negotiate with them (FFM). When we called FFM we get the run around, and always get an extension that no longer works, same goes for the fax numbers. When asking to speak with a supervisor they are always not available, in a meeting, so we are told that they will give us a call back-but never do! We have made two complaints with the BBB which gives them an F rating, and all complaints from 7/30/09 have not been responded to, why? Because they are a SCAM! I need information on how to proceed with filing a class action lawsuit on them! Not only have they made our financial situation worse by forcing us to now file bankruptcy, but they are still out there trying to take advantage of consumers. This needs to stop immediately! We have two children and are barely making ends meet. I don't know what else to do. HELP!
