Credit Problems

I am sorry for your misfortune. Credit Card debt is a problem. I am also in this situation. I started with Beacon and then Alliance 8 acquired the company. I enrolled with a contract with Beacon and will finish my payments in the next few months. I enrolled 4 credit cards and 2 have been settled already at great rates. I know that I will probably have to make some payments myself since one of the credit cards has a high balance but so far they are negotiating at a great rate. They never promise to pay the credit cards themselves. They just try to set up a payment plan to use the money you save with their program. You can take the rest of the money out of your account and stop using them and negotiate on your own but I think you will still get a better deal with attorneys that deal with this every day. Speak with them about your concerns. Maybe you can work something out.
Good Luck!
