Brian Johnson is a horrible man, probably an alcholic. We tried to tell him that one of his clients was using his funds to get drugs every week, and the man simply didn't care. We wanted to originally be the payee of this person, but somehow this corrupt service took over. We tried to explain what was happening with this individual, and the man kept interrupting us, callng us controlling, and verbally aggressive. It was absolutely impossible to communicate to this Brian Johnson, that all we were calling about, was how to change GCS from being the payee of this individual, that's all. We didn't call to discuss the issues this person is going through, each time we asked how to change the payee, Brian Johnson would interrupt and change the subject, calling us controlling. This man is immature, very unprofessional, and highly unethical. I would advise people to not use this service.
