freedom life insurance company I have been a customer for over 20 years. My policy states all pemiums will be returned if Not used.I was told that I would have to wait until 2021. Fort Worth Texas

I have been a customer since 6-11-1996. I called to collect my premiums per my policy, which states that after 20 years all premiums will be returned if the insurance had not been used. I was told years would not be up until 2021. I have had the premium drafted from my checking account. I was also told that I cancelled the policy in 1996 and resumed in 1997 I do not do that.
