  • Suspended my funds a few times

  • Demanded sensitive data (like ID scan)

  • Mistreated me as a customer (their support desk is outsourced to Philippines, the staff is of poor capabilities)

  • Used a number of hidden and illegal fees (for example credit card transfer)
