Fry's Electronic told me that an extended warrenty covered accidential physical damage Austin Texas

I purchased a GPS handheld from Fry's here in Austin and was talked into buying an extended warrenty because the sales guy told me that it would cover physical damage while the manufacturer one would not, so like a fool I belived him and bought it, lo and behold the GPS gets a very small crack (which yes I caused) but when I went back, I was told the warrenty did not cover physical damage, and sure enough it did not, so while this may not be a true "rip off" don;t belive fry's if your told that an extended warrenty cover minir physical damage, it does not and is probably NOT worth buying. I best it was an honest mistake a worst it was a ripoff ...... in either case I will NEVER EVER buy an extended warrenty from Fry's ever again, I am thinking about filing a report with the BBB as I am sure they have salesmen selling extended warrenties with the promise that it covers physical damage
