FTD / FTD.com Flowers 2005 bait and switch, Internet

FTD is a scam, I ordered a simple vase of flowers to be delivered to my girlfriend for Valentines Day and will be disputing the charges with my credit card company. What I received looks absolutely nothing like what is advertised.  The website depicts a tall red vase with about a dozen bright red roses with carnations and greenery mixed in. What I got was a small, about 6" tall red square vase, that looks like it is found in the discount aisle of the dollar store, with 6 half dead and wilted roses and 4 carnations and what looks like a branch from the tree outside our apartment.  To top it off, they left the flowers outside the apartment because we waited all day but had to leave due to dinner reservations.

I'm most upset about the fact that half of the roses are more black than red. It's a good thing I wasn't home because I would have refused this ungly group of flower shop rejects. I'm usually pretty easy going and it wasn't the most expensive arrangement but i wouldn't even expect to find these on a clearance rack at the local grocery store.
