Fundingway.com Auto Credit Express P***** off over bogus pre approvals Houston Internet

I was contacted by FundingWay.com out of the blue, I thought, because I had been researching loans for an automobile.

I am a single mother on disability trying to raise a 5yr old son I havent used credit since my 20s. I read through their website very carefully. They claim that they hand pick the best dealerships in your area, and that they are acredited by the BBB.

I done the loan papers and was pre approved for a loan amount, way more than I wanted. I wanted a used car under $10,000 With my pre approval in hand, i went to the first dealership they sent me to, about 25 miles from my town.

They started off trying to put me in a new vehicle. I said that I wanted to view the car I picked out from their website. 35 muns later after sitting in a cubical waiting, they tried to put me in another new vehicle.

Make a long story short, I was at the dealership for 3hrs with a child bouncing off the walls, I never seen the vehicle I came to see, and to add salt to the wounds, they ended up taking me to a side lot trying to sell me on a 2004 Neon. I immediantly pulled up tje car online to research it. It was priced $2000 over the highest retail price I could find. It also had a service repair sticker on it. I asked about it. They took the vehicle in on trade, had to work on it in order for it to be operational, then wanted to turn around and pass the repair cost on to me!

By this time I was livid. I asked about my pre approval through FundingWay.com. They have never heard of them. No one inside had either.

I thought since I had such a bad experience thete, I would try more loan papers in order to be sent to another dealership of theirs. So I did, and I was approved for an even higher amout so the red flags went up.

Before I decided to go to this dealership, I thought I would do my research. I began calling the phone numbers listed for fundingway.com. I continued to receive recorded messages. They never returned a phone call.

Then I decided to do an email campaign. They never responded to an email either. So I thought maybe I would question the other dealership. They do not know abour my pre approval nor do they know anything about fundingway.com, and they were a handpicked dealership also.

Then I decided that I would check into the BBB claims. They are not members of they BBB since 1994 but I did find another complaint about fundingway.com and they have not responded to the claims.

My problem is, I dont have bad credit, due to a chouce of my own, I dont have credit.

Now my fears for myself and others are that this company has our personal information now. They have our ss#s, phone numbers, and address's. What are they going to do with them? Is an illegal citizen going to be arrested somewhere in CA using my social security number? Who knows!!

I am very p***** at this company. They costed me, time, money, and gad. Not mention, I dont have that used car I initially went to see. 2 pre approvals meant npthinf!!

R they selling our personal information? They need to be stopped and a civil case brought against them for our damages!!!
