As of 16 August, My wife and I had been trying to get in touch with our sales person from Furniture USA... Sarah West... No avail... What a scam this company is and to believe the employees report via this web site and to think that they continued to take orders is unbelievable... The employees of this company had to smell smoke... With as many people who have reported on this web site, a light should of went off even in the smallest P brain out there...
I called my credit card company and they are crediting my 2K back to me... I'm glad I used my CC vice paying for it via check...
