 The claim online is that it works well for weight loss. I’m not sure who it worked for but it did not work for me. It makes sense that this can happen... (each body is not the same). The dillema however is that upon placing your order ($4.95 for the trial bottle) you are automatically placed on auto ship (first shipment $99. And some change I believe). However, this is not abundantly clear at the time of purchase. So I called to confirm and request no airship be added to my order. There was no record of this when I called to return the product. Additionally, you must call or contact them to cancel and if you don’t the product is shipped anyway. This is also similar to other companies.

The problem then occurs when trying to return the product. After speaking to a CS representative her supervisor, they do not provide the option to return the product under any circumstance!!!! You are left with being required to spend $99.00 dollars on a product that has not worked for you.... The order process is similar to many companies but the return policy equates to gross misuse of the internet and desperate customers in order to conduct “highway robbery!!!!!!!!” This is not similar to other companies!!!!! It is dissapointing to acknowledge this companies desperation and lack of confidence in thier product. They have had to implement a “fail safe” of stealing $99.00 to get the product sold.
