Was looking to getting a personal loan online and filled out a couple applications online and on 9/06 received a call from David Jones of GE Capital Bank offer me a $5,000 loan and to help me improve my credit report by helping me pay off one on my credit cards. I agrred to listen and get the loan from GE Capital Bank. Then today he said I need to send $75 dollars from a Google Card to pay for the credit protection and I have that on all my cards past loans and I did send the cash.  After doing that he called and said my stae had froze thew loan and I was required to pay $175 to a the state of CA to get the fund relieased. Went to my bank and ask sone question about this and was told they had not heard anything about something happening thru the state and it sounded like a scam.

GE Capital Bank Eric Thompson Eric called saying i was approved for a loan between $1,500-$10,000, and i really needed this loan . He asked me for my routing number , my bank, also my account information. After he make sure the information is correct, he then tells me that i have to send $300 for identity purposes to make sure i am who i am , so i thought it was legit. Ended up sending this company $300 and then he got the nerve to tell me in 20-30 minutes I'll be able to go to my bank and see the amount of 7,300 in my checking account. Then tells me I'm denied the transfer because my balance and credit is low. So after that he says hes sending one of his staff out to send me the money thru western union, gives a number and says its not activated, until i pay $430.00 after i just paid $300 of which i needed that money. Then told me to send them 130.00 since 300 was already there. Washington Nationwide

ge capital bank I was supposed to be taking a loan I was told it will will be sent within fifteen or twenty minutes. then they asked for a payment of 80 that would be refunded then a payment of 40 and more. all together I paid them 318 and never received any loan or refund Ohio Ohio

GE Capital Bank I was contacted by someone saying that I was approved for a loan up to $5,000,but due to a low credit score I would have to show that I could make the 1st mth pymt of $160. I was told to load the money on a greendot moneypak after 1 hr I would be contacted and they would wire $2,000 plus the$160 to my acct. After the hour passed they told me I would get my loan after I paid $240 for insurance to secure the loan in case I didn`t pay back after I refused to pay any more they said I would lose my $160 and there are no refunds.
