I ordered $80.00 in merchandise on 12-5-10. On 12-9-10, I received an email stating that the items had shipped and a Fedex tracking number. The Fedex tracking site says that they were contacted, but no pickup has been made and it is not in transit. This apparently is a ploy of this company so they can say that a shipping number was obtained. I have sent them a message on the contact form on their website asking for proof of shipment or a refund. There has been no reply and the merchandise still has not shipped.
This company is scamming and stealing from customers. Do not ever order from this company.

The problem has been resolved at this time after being contacted by a person connected with the company. I have finally received the merchandise I ordered, it was in good condition and works properly. Now my problem is that I've received a double order and I'm not sure what to do with the extra merchandise I don't need. Their internal communications still seem to need work.
I have never had to go through this before with any other company I've ordered from, so I can't say that I would recommend this company, or ever order from them again, but at this time, my problem has been resolved.
