The Dash Cam didn't work.  I called and spoke to Myrna. That was last time anyone ever answers the phone any more. 

She told me procedure on how to return item via their website.   Website acknowledged receiving it and that was the last I've heard from them. 

Don't waste your time buying from them and if you do, don't waste your time trying to communicate with them.  Sinister.
