I just visited a site that was posted by the attorney for Gibson Trust Inc. I doesn't sound too good for all of us that have been ripped off. It states that unless you have filed a Proof of Claim form there is little chance of recouping any losses, and even in the event that individuals have filed a form we are considered unsecured debt and the IRS will be paid before we are if there is anything left.

How nice is that. Here is the web address, it is very informative to the all of us who have been victimized by Gibson Trust but offers little hope. www.gibsontrustinfo.org
