I was completely decieved by the Gibson Trust by their incredible sales pitch and their version of what would happen to me if I went off their consumer credit counseling program.

I am out $2500 and my credit is absolutely ruined. Despite joining the civil lawsuit, their upcoming bankruptcy makes it hard to believe I will get any restitution from them.

What about this criminal lawsuit against the O'Tooles? Does anyone have any info about the civil suit is progressing? The Bankruptcy?
