Gigats.com The interviewer phished for my age Internet

On July 21, 2015 I had a phone interveiw with a Gigat's job search specialist.  Her goal was to create an account that they could use for matching me with ideal job descriptions.  Not only was she unable to tell me basics about the job I was applying for (i.e. whether it was full time or part time), she phished for my age.  

I had already told her that I had two degrees, but she went back to my high school diploma and asked me to confirm the year that I recieved it.  I just read an article two days ago that said that employers are not allowed to ask your name OR try to use your high school graduation year to estimate your age.  

Beyond that, I felt that she was trying to pressure me into taking classes instead of focusing on searching for work that I am already qualified and trained to do.
