Gillece Services False Advertising/Unethical Business Practice Bridgeville Pennsylvania

 I answered an ad in Craigslist for inside/outside sales for $100k year potential. I was hired on 100% commission for outside sales and my title was Field Supervisor. I would be riding with service technicians to start and that I could get $800 in advance while I'm training and the pay is ever other Friday. I worked 3 weeks and every call with the exception of 1 call were all warranty calls so there we no opportunities to sell. In addition I was told that on Friday May 19, 2017 that I would receive the $800 advance while I was training but I received nothing. I was called on Monday May 22, 2017 to attend a sales meeting and after the meeting I was informed by an employee named Amanda that it's not working out and demanded all sales literature returned. Gillece is a very unprofessional company, false advertising and unethical in making promises they have no intentions of fulfilling. My recommendation to anyone is to stay away from this company. There are plenty of other plumbing, heating, cooling and electrical companies to call and to work for.
