This is the worst place I have ever worked. A typical day would be working with a plumbing technician and watching him snake feces drains, being told you must help him roll up the crap covered snake and ending up being covered in human feces and smelling like feces all day long. Then you get to tell a customer that their $95 service call has turned into a $10,000 plus drain line repair. Good luck selling that.

If you get to run hvac appointments, the same $95 service call turns into pitching a customer that they need a $10000 to $18000 air condition/furnace unit that they can buy for 50-75% cheaper elsewhere.

I was literally trained for 2 hours and thrown into the field and told to go sell. Good luck selling at the prices that they try to sell at. Not happening and to make it worse, 90% of the appointments that they send you on are service calls or warranty calls with no chance of selling anything. So expect to work 50-60 hours a week with zero chance of making any money.

They make you sign a contract, promise you business cards, a set number of uniforms, copies of your contract, a sign on bonus, and you will get nothing despite asking time and time again.

Forget getting paid. They tell you one commission rate and pay you another. They deduct fees from your pay, reduce your pay for discounts off of their ridiculous prices and then won't pay you because you didn't fill out commission forms that you were never given or told about. Also, they won't pay you because you will need to go back to a customer's home to get a completion form signed which you are told about after you are not paid. A completion form that the installer that is at the customer's home could easily get signed when he is done with the work. That makes zero sense as does everything else that this company does.

The management team is a mother and daughter team who act like children. They actually tell you that you better be nice to them and make them happy by selling a lot or they will not give you any leads. They are extremely disorganized in every way possible. They swear like two drunk sailors in a bar and have no professionalism at all. They expect and demand the world from you and when it pertains to sales or anything that benefits the company, it is Super important and urgent. When you ask them for anything that pertains to you, you will get no response and be ignored. The sales manager is given all of the good leads, never talks to you and does not train anyone.

The employees that I worked with all told me that they hate their jobs and that people quitting there and turnover is a normal thing. I can certainly see why. The company is mismanaged from top to bottom.

You have no idea where you are going the next day for sales calls and you will be given no notice whether you are working that day or if you need to be an hour away and they expect you to be there pronto. It is almost like being on call. What a joke.

My sound advice about this company is simple.
