Global Fulfillment Revivagenix False advertisement on the the internet . A trial offer turned into my credit card being charged for an extra 2 months. Clearwater, Florida

I ordered a trial of a face cream called revivagenix.  All I had to pay was the $4.95 shipping charge.  I was not given a contract or any other information but my credit card was charged $99.00 the next month and a product arrived.  

I e-mailed the company but never heard from them.  The next month another charge was added to my credit card and another bottle of face cream showed up.

I e-mailed again and called my credit card company to cancel the card.  

I Spoke with them but they claim they never got the money back and I am not entitled to a refund even if I send back the unused products.
