Global Fulfillment Charged my credit card for items not ordered --an internet scam to get credit card access. Clearwater, Florida

I responded to a pop up ad for a free sample of Revivagenix with a shipping charge of $4.95.  I was surprised to notice my credit card had been charged for an extra $92.95 prior to even receiving the "so called free sample."  There was no information in the product.  

The company then charged me another $92.95 and I received another product.  I called the company and was told I could return the two products and have the money refunded.  I did return the products and was refunded for one of the products, but not the other. 

Apparently there was a 12 day trial period in which one could return the product. However, that was no where in the pop up ad (which I was fortunate to have copied) nor was there any information at all with either product. 

This is illegal in my state--and probably others. I am furious!
