I orderd Slim Seductions got 2 free to pay shipping only. then lipo matrix I ordered and the order form was not clear and ended up with 3 bottles and charge $59.94. My total was $62.89. I called on Jan2, 2009 and asked for a RA (return authorization) and was advised unable to as the product would need to be in their office by today. It is a 30 day guarantee. I didn't even get the item in time to request refund. Then with the holidays, and my beng very sick I didn't get a chance to call for refund until today. Reading the fine print it says can return as long as item is back in their office within 30 days. Not possible with slow shipping during holidays. I didn't even get itme in time to ask for refund. Do Not Order From This Company!

During the holidays anyone can experience a delay in receiving anything sent in the mail due to the high volume of mail being shipped during this period of time. Additionally, we did provide an option to upgrade shipping to priority if a customer desires to receive the product sooner than the standard shipping time frame. We apologize that an extension on your guarantee could not be offered to you--had we have heard from you prior to the last day of your guarantee an extension could've been offered to give you more time to return the product.
