gokarts USA GOKARTSUSA.COM damaged upon delivery pleasant hill California

 Purchased a gocart from this company on Nov. 28 2014. Recieved the cart approximately 2 weeks later. Had my mechanic attempt to assemble it about a week before Christmas as a gift for my kids. While uncrating the cart he discovered that when they packed it together they crushed the tail light on the steering column, cracked the dash board, dented the floor pan and bent the frame.

I have submitted 2 seperate help desk requests, numerous photos and attempted to contact Gokarts USA every business day for the past month. The help desk requests are supposed to be (by their policy) responded to within 24 to 48 hours. At no point have i ever been contacted by them. Every time I call I recieve the same answer." I have flagged your request and someone will get back to you by the end of the day."  That, apparently is there goto line to get you off of the phone.

Most recently I have not allowed them to get away so easily and have held them on the phone until I recieve an answer. Now that I have demanded an answer, they have been blunt with me. " We have reviewed your pictures and have determined that the frame is not bent." After telling me that my frame was not bent they then proceeded to tell me that if it was bent that i could simply have my mechanic repair the bend, at my cost of course. Finally they have told me that if i would like to return it I may at my own expense, and then they hung the phone up on me.

This company is a fraud, and something needs to be done about it. someone please help.
