GOKARTS USA Bulls-Eye Marketing Did not ship to door as promised. Defective and Damaged parts when received and would not replace, Internet

I ordered a GOKA motor driven go kart from gokartsusa.com. Went through extensive details about specifics both on the phone and by e-mail. Seller promised front door delivery which did not happen. Had to spend an additional 150 dollars to get someone to pick it up at a shipping terminal, and deliver to my house. Once received and started assembling found two tires to be punctured from the way it was packaged and shipped and found two broken blinkers from shipping. Contacted company and they told me to make a customer ticket on line. Once that was complete, never heard anything. After multiple e-mail and messages, was told that new tires and blinkers were on the way from the manufacturer and never received anything. Even was told a date that the replacement parts would be here and never received anything. Dune buggy/go kart was picked up from shipping terminal on March 15, 2009 and last reply from company was that replacement parts would be received no later than May 10, 2009. On June 1, 2009, purchased another set of tires and blinkers personally and never contacted company again. Discourage anyone from using them and reporting so late due to new discovery of this web site. I still have all my confirmation e-mails where I was told everything from the shipping to the replacement parts.
