 After many,many unwanted and uninvited telephone calls and setting up a monthly payment to the creditor, these people went ahead and reported this account to the credit bureau. Even after agreeing to the payment plans and I was making regular payments. These people are scamm artists and do not live up to their end of an agreement. I don't trus anything they say. They told me that the report would stay on the credit report until the balance was zero. They also tries uneffectively to make me put the balance on a credit card and they would clear it up right away! Good try!
