Gold Key Credit, Inc. Bad Credit at 19? And in College? Brooksville, Florida

Ok, this company Gold Key Credit are seriously pissing me off. Im 19 years old and a college student. I moved to Florida from New York last year so I could attend this school here in Winter Park. Man I thought this was going to be great, just to get away from home and experience life as any college student should. But last year around October, I got really sick to a point where I wasn't able to eat properly. I have no physician here in Florida so I decided to just go to the hospital.

That was the DUMBEST IDEA EVER! The emergency room visit ended up costing me around $500, for what? I waited in the ER for a good 3 hrs before any doctor saw me, and when he finally did see me all he did was what any regular physician could've done to me. He told me to open my mouth and say AHHHHHH. He looked around and said i would be fine and prescribed me anti-biotics. In total I wasted 4-5 hrs of my life waiting for some guy to just prescribe me something. 

So I call my insurance and then they pay a good amount of the bill, I was only left with $62 to pay, which for me isn't a big deal so I payed it and I thought I was done owing anything. Once again I was wrong, 2 months later I get a bill for $345 from this company Gold Key Credit, Inc.. The creditor on the bill was from Florida Emergency Physician Kang. Ok so I call the number and they automatically ask how I am going to pay for my "outstanding balance".

So at this point Im pretty pissed at the situation, I call my insurance again and once again they paid it. Or so I thought.  8 months pass by and its time for me to reapply for my school loans, so when I applied my application was denied due to my credit. OK wait a minute, this doesn't add up. Im 19, I don't have or own any credit cards at all, I pay all of my rent, internet, and electricity bills ON TIME! so for me to be denied a student loan is complete crap.

I get my credit report from Transunion a few days later, and to my surprise there they where GOLD KEY CREDIT. I thought I was done with this company a long time ago but they keep coming back for more. Now just cause I supposedly owe them $73, which I have no idea why, they reported me to the credit buearu and now I am unable to go to school which is why Im even here in the first place, and I already have bad credit just cause of a measly $73. Unbelieveable! 

I thought that I was the only one thats going through this but apparently Im not the only they are screwing over. If Gold Key was a person, id knock its teeth out. They are a complete ripoff, and are extremley rude. If they expect me to pay up, they have another thing coming. 

Be very carefull if your a student and get sick and have to go the hospital because yeah they might fix you and make you better for a while, but then you get bashed with all of these bills.

DO NOT TRUST GOLD KEY. Make sure you get proof that you paid them so if they come at you saying you still owe them you just whip out the paper and tell them to go screw themselves. Jerks.
