Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Goodyear Tire Company advertised $60 rebates on the purchase of (4) Assurance Fuel Max tires. I carefully filled out all the paperwork according to their instructions on the rebate form. I've waited 8 weeks, and I did not get a $60 rebate check as advertised, but a paltry $20 check. If I do not get this resolved, I am going to issue a charge back via American Express due to false advertisement.

A few things regarding chargebacks

First of all, YOU do not issue a chargeback, the bank does.
Second, you only have 60 days by law to file a dispute on a credit card charge.
That is why they wait 8 weeks to mail the check!
I suggest you go back to where you bought the tires and be sure you were given the proper rebate request form, and also let them work on the problem for you.
American Express is very difficult to deal with on these issues.
