Goodyear Tire Company Put used Tires on my car but charged me for New Naples, Florida

I went to the Goodyear Tire Shop on US41 towards Marco Island, FL.  I ordered a set of 4 Goodyear Eagles for my Honda Fit.  When the tires came in I asked to see the tires prior to the installation so that I could see for myself that they were new.  The owner said the tires are new and he pointed to the tire in the showroom and said the tires look just like this one.  After the tires were installed I had my doubts that they weren't new but it was hard to know.  They smelled like new tires but I didn't see any makrings on them like I have in the past with other NEW tires.  I have a 55 thousand mile warranty on these tires.  The tires are now down to 2/32 and are approximately 1.7 years old.  There's approx. 28,000 miles on them.  When I took the car back to the Goodyear dealer they told me they would call Goodyear and see how much it would be for a brand new set.  The next day I got a call and was told the new set would cost $375.00 for 4, not including tax and installation.  I only paid $404.00 for the set when I bought them.  So let's see now; the tires aren't even 1/2 way through the warranty and I'm being given approx. $29.00 off a set of 4 tires.  Some warranty huh?

The dealer is a crook and the factory isn't any better.  Buy Mxxxxx's  (((REDACTED)))and you won't ever have this kind of junk on your car.
