Great Expectations ripoff unable to get money returned even if you want to cancel contract even if you get married you still have to pay no refunds Dallas Texas

I had inadvertently completed a form several months agon on the internet about dating, I had no idea that it pertained to Great Expectations. After that a representative started calling very frequently, even while I was in Hawaii working. I came home from working in Hawaii to spend my vacation at home in Plano, Texas. Again Great Expectation representative continued to call. So one day I did say I would go in just to hear what they had to say.

I had already a few years ago had a horid experience with another dating service which went out of business and I never recovered any money. I did sign the contract after much persaution from the representative from Great Expectations. They ask for my credit card and I gave that to them and they charged my credit card immediately. Once I left the office and got in my car to go home, I became physically sick for signing a contract with them.

I immediately called them back to request that my contract to disolved because I knew I had made the wronge decision. They were very rude and stated touch-luck the contract was already signed, nothing I could do about it. Even if I didn't want to be a member they still was going to keep my money. I called the credit card company and ask to dispute the charge from Great Expectations and my credit card told me that I had signed the contract and nothing they could do.

I feel I was presured into signing, I am a divorce woman for over 6 years, who fell for there promises to help me find someone. I realized that is not what I want, I want my money back and for me to continue my life as I had before ever going into that business. Please help me. I am single and work very hard for my money, I am a 53 years old and yes every thing they said did sound wonderful, but as I stated earlier I realized as soon as I got in my car I had done the wrong thing.
