They are all too happy to take your money and not explain the "extra" upsells, like charges for photos that need retaken and charged every 2 years at $500+. After your photos are over, they notify you of upcharges to actually email in their system to others or send one-liners of interest beyond their engagement "standard." So if you want to be able to write an email, that's another couple hundred (they have limited and longer term "packages.") It's scammy as they sell this highly motivated people BS. Well the age group of 18-35, there are less than 30 women... Waste of time and money. They put you into a contract after charging you an exorbitant amount (which you can negotiate down, but STILL not worth it). They tell you their process takes time, which is understandable, but then use that passage of time against you to say "there is nothing they can do" and cite contractual obligations.

The concierge services they offer and events include experiences such as meeting at Olive Garden or a bowling alley. For a concierge to offer these as great things to attend for "impressive" individuals in their database, this is sad and insulting. I cannot stress how great they sell the sales pitch, working on figuring out what makes you happy, negotiating you into a "deal" of a contract and then using it to upsell and upcharge you later. I attempted to call to end my membership and all recurring costs, post-large down payment transaction and was offered the most dismissive customer "service" I have ever received. There was no attempt to satisfy my dissatisfaction, work with me to a resolution, etc. Just through their contract in my face and basically argued me up and down. If you're serious about dating and finding a match, this is not the place. eHarmony, Coffee Meets Bagel, and Bumble offer a much better opportunity at free / fractions of the cost here.
