Green Tree Financial Group Gia Lugo, Gerald Ray, Michelle Page, Larry Bell held out a branch to save me from drowning then pulled it away very good scam artist taking someone's hope then dashing it Newport Beach california

i was also scammed by green tree financial group in newport beach, ca. i was initially contacted by gerald ray from the costa mesa office, who took my info and sent me the contract. then after i sent and they received my $2250 service fee i heard from larry bell whom was a jr processor and told me michelle page was the senior proccesor.

after faxing all the required paper work, i waited and waited and waited. i finally received a phone call from larry bell, after several emails to him and gerald, telling me that i needed to send more recent paystubs. i then received a call from gia lugo saying everything was sent to my lender.

after i waited and waited and waited, i called and emailed larry bell several more times i was told everything was approved and sent to underwriting for final review and thats the last time i have heard from anyone at green tree financial group.

now i'm on the verge of losing my home and my credit is shot because even though gerald ray never outright said don't pay your mortgage payment until everything is finalized, he did say lender could not forclose on my loan while green tree was negotiating with my lender and that other clients choose to hold off on making loan payments because the refinancing only takes about 6-8 weeks and saving money was the idea and maybe i could catch up on some other bills with it. what a crock or should i say crook.
