Beware of purchasing anything from Hairsisters!

1) If you pay for next day shipping it may not arrive the next day and they won't refund you

2) If they send you the wrong product you have to wait to file a return then wait to receive a shipping label and then after you return the item, instead of shipping out the correct item using next day service as soon as your return has been received by the shipping company (UPS) no they still don't send you your items, instead  you have to wait until the item is received back at their warehouse! So forget it if you had plans to get your hair done this weekend because the item you expected by this Thurs won't arrive until a week from then

3) My last straw with this company is when they shipped my package to the wrong address and were neither responsive nor proactive in getting the package sent to my correct address. So of course when I never received the items I was asked to pay more with no guarantee that my package would eventually make it to me. 

The main thing you should be aware of if you still want to buy from this company is that whether it is their mistake or yours, you as the consumer will always be in the wrong and you will be the one placed at a disadvantage. So they will never be held liable for anything if your items do not make it to you, if they are damaged, or if they are not the items you ordered. As a result, their customer service is terrible! So beware because you've been warned! You order from Hairsisters you may not receive your items and if you do they may be late or not the items you purchased and if any of these are the case, you won't receive  a refund, or anything of the sort. You'll be lucky if you even get  an apology!
